Why Partner Roster

An independent, neutral place where companies running SAP compare solutions and ask to meet the teams behind them.

Requests with a clear intent

Every request states its intent, meeting, demo or pricing, together with the product, the plan and the requested time.

A fee per confirmed meeting

Registration, listing and receiving requests are free. The only mandatory fee is 30 USD per confirmed meeting; sponsored listing is optional.

Active from registration

Active on registration; after you confirm your email, published products go live directly. The “Verified partner” badge is a separate, optional check.

A neutral shelf

Payment never changes organic ranking or reviews. Sponsored places are clearly labelled, and only buyers whose meeting has settled can review you.

Request to opportunity

Four steps take you from a published product to an opportunity in your pipeline.

Publish a complete product record

Fill in the required fields, from SAP versions, deployment and integrations to pricing model, support and security, and the product is published at once. A more complete record also helps in search ranking. Add plans, and bundle two or more published products into a solution.

Partner Workspace

Your account comes with a workspace for the whole sales team, organised around three jobs.

Requests and calendar

Meeting request queue

One shared queue. A Sales manager assigns a representative; only an Owner/Admin or Sales manager accepts, which places the hold.

Calendar and availability

Working hours, slot length, buffers and leave blocks for each representative, with overlapping bookings blocked.

Booking and meeting links

Buyers pick any free time or a named representative, as you choose. Links come from the optional Teams integration or each member’s default link.

Opportunity pipeline

From meeting to won or lost

Each confirmed meeting creates one opportunity. Its stage history records who changed what, and when.

Messages and internal notes

Platform messages open after confirmation. Internal notes stay inside your team and are never shown to the buyer.

Team performance and analytics

Six team roles

Owner/Admin, Sales manager, Sales representative, Product manager, Analyst and Viewer, each seeing what the role allows.

Scorecards and goals

Response time, completed meetings, conversion and win rate per representative, against monthly and quarterly goals.

Analytics

The funnel from request to won, attribution by product and solution, and sponsored impressions and clicks.

Fees

Fees are paid from a prepaid partner wallet that you top up on the web; every movement is recorded in its ledger.

30 USD per confirmed meeting. The amount is held in your wallet when you accept the request. It is captured when the meeting settles (the 48-hour dispute window passes without a dispute) or if you cancel the meeting after confirming it. If the buyer cancels more than 24 hours before the meeting, or a no-show by the buyer or by you is accepted, the hold is released; in a dispute, the Partner Roster team decides.

Sponsored listing is optional: 99 USD per product for 30 days.

The money behind one meeting

What happens to the 30 USD at each stage of a meeting, and in the cases that change the outcome.

  1. Requested

    Your wallet: No hold

The buyer sends a meeting, demo or pricing request. You have 48 hours to accept, propose another time or decline; otherwise the request expires.

  2. Confirmed

    Your wallet: 30 USD held

You accept and the hold succeeds. The buyer’s name, company, role, industry, SAP version and meeting note are revealed.

  3. Completed (awaiting settlement)

    Your wallet: 30 USD held

Once the meeting time has passed, the 48-hour dispute window opens. A no-show is reported within 24 hours after the meeting.

  4. Settled

    Your wallet: 30 USD captured

With no dispute or open no-show report, the hold is captured.

Cases that change the outcome

CaseOutcome
The meeting time changes
Either side can propose a new time; the current time and the hold stay until the other side accepts, and no second hold is taken.
The buyer cancels more than 24 hours before
The meeting is cancelled and the hold returns to your available balance.
The buyer cancels within the last 24 hours
The meeting goes into dispute and the Partner Roster team decides whether the hold is captured or released.
You cancel after confirming
The hold is captured and not refunded, because the buyer’s details were revealed on confirmation. The buyer is notified and the cancellation is recorded against your company. You can cancel only before the confirmed start time.
The buyer does not attend
If the meeting had a platform link before it started and you report it within 24 hours, the hold is released once your report is accepted or left unanswered for 48 hours.
You do not attend
The hold is released and a quality violation is recorded against your company.
Dispute
The Partner Roster team reviews the meeting link, timestamps and statements, then captures or releases the hold with a recorded reason.
Repeated quality violations
A no-show by you, or a cancellation by you within 24 hours of the start, counts as a quality violation. 3 in 90 days bring a formal warning; 5 bring a 14-day booking suspension and a review by the Partner Roster team.

Founding partners

  • For the first 15 active partners to register.
  • A promotional wallet balance of 90 USD.
  • Valid for 8 calendar months from the date the credit is granted.
  • Usable only for meeting holds, at most 3 of them.
  • Not usable for sponsored listings, transfers, withdrawals or cash refunds.
  • Spent before your regular balance.

If a hold paid with promotional credit is released, that part returns to the promotional balance, or lapses if the promotion has ended. It never becomes cash. The FAQ has the details.

Partner FAQ

Fees, the wallet, requests, buyer data, attendance, reviews and verification.

  • No. Registration, publishing products and solutions, adding team members and receiving requests are free, with no subscription. The only mandatory fee is 30 USD per confirmed meeting. Sponsored listing is optional, at 99 USD per product for 30 days.

  • It is held when you accept a request. It is captured once the 48-hour dispute window after the meeting passes without a dispute, or if you cancel after confirming. It is released if the buyer cancels more than 24 hours ahead, or if a no-show by the buyer or by you is accepted. In a dispute, the Partner Roster team decides.

  • An Owner/Admin or Sales manager tops up the wallet on the web through Stripe, and Stripe issues an invoice for every top-up that you can open from the wallet page. Accepting a request needs at least 30 USD of available balance. Until then, Accept stays disabled and the 48-hour response time keeps running.

  • No. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded as cash. Released holds and refunds for sponsored listings return to your wallet as balance you can use on the platform.

  • An Owner/Admin buys 30 days for one published product at 99 USD from the wallet. It appears in the clearly labelled Sponsored area of its primary category, at most 3 per category in equal rotation, and can also rotate in the home page’s sponsored showcase. A renewal is added to the end of the current period; stopping early is not refunded. If the product is removed or suspended by moderation, the unused full days return to your wallet. Sponsored impressions and clicks are recorded only for visitors who accepted analytics cookies.

  • The intent, the product or solution and plan, the requested time and an anonymised preview of the buyer’s note. After you accept and the hold succeeds, the buyer’s name, company, role, industry, SAP version and meeting note are revealed. Standard meeting fields do not show the buyer’s account email or phone number. Information you include in notes, messages, attachments or external meeting tools may be visible to participants.

  • A buyer can have at most 3 open requests at a time, only 1 of them with your company, and can send you at most 2 requests for the same product or solution in 30 days. Three confirmed buyer no-shows within 90 days suspend that buyer’s requests for 30 days, and a buyer no-show releases your hold.

  • If the meeting had a link on the platform before it started, report the no-show within 24 hours after the meeting. The buyer has 48 hours to respond; if the report is accepted or left unanswered, the hold is released. If the buyer contests it, the meeting goes into dispute and the Partner Roster team decides.

  • An Owner/Admin or Sales manager accepts requests, which places the hold. Sales representatives can add internal notes and suggest a decision. Sponsored listings are bought, renewed and stopped by an Owner/Admin.

  • Yes. Only a buyer whose meeting with you has settled can write a review, once per meeting. Each review carries the Verified Meeting label and is attributed to the product, solution or company the meeting was about. You can post a public response and report a review for moderation, but you cannot delete or edit it. An average rating appears only once there are 3 published verified reviews. Nothing may be offered in return for a review, and sponsored listings never change how reviews are shown. Your public profile also shows your join date, published products and solutions, and your response rate and cancellation rate over the last 90 days.

  • The first 15 active partners to register receive a 90 USD promotional balance, valid for 8 calendar months and usable for at most 3 meeting holds. It is spent before your regular balance and cannot be used for sponsored listings, transfers, withdrawals or cash refunds. If a hold it paid for is released, that part returns to the promotional balance; if the promotion has already ended, because it expired or 3 holds were used, that part lapses. Promotional balance never becomes cash.

  • Your account is active from registration; the badge is a separate, optional check. It confirms your company, domain and an authorised contact, and appears on your public profile. It is not a quality approval of your products.
