Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Partner Roster marketplace. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the Partner Roster website, applications and related platform services. Partner Roster is an independently operated business platform based in Türkiye. By registering an account or accepting these Terms, you agree to the rules applicable to your use. If you act for an organisation, you confirm your authority to act on its behalf. Our Privacy Notice explains our practices; it is not blanket consent to every processing activity. Optional processing requiring consent is offered separately.

2. Description of Service

Partner Roster helps organisations discover independent vendors, compare business solutions, submit requests and manage meetings and related communications. Unless expressly stated otherwise, contracts for a vendor’s products or services are made directly between that vendor and the buyer. A listing, badge, meeting or review does not guarantee suitability, compliance, a sale or a particular business result. Verification badges describe only the checks explained for that badge.

3. Accounts and Registration

Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or over acting for business or professional purposes, rather than personal consumer purchases. Provide accurate account and organisation information and act only within your authority and assigned role.

Account Security

Keep credentials secure and promptly notify support of suspected misuse. Organisation administrators must grant appropriate access and remove access when a member leaves. These responsibilities do not exclude our responsibility for matters attributable to us under applicable law.

4. Partner Obligations

Listing Accuracy

Partners must ensure that all product information is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Products must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Lead Handling

Partners agree to respond to buyer leads and demo requests in a timely, professional manner. Systematic non-response or misleading communications may result in account suspension.

Compliance

Partners are solely responsible for ensuring their products and services comply with all applicable laws, including export controls, data protection regulations, and software licensing requirements.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers agree to use the platform in good faith, provide accurate company and project information when submitting leads or demo requests, and not misuse the comparison or lead system to obtain competitive intelligence without genuine purchase intent.

6. Meeting requests and communications

Requests, scheduling and rescheduling follow the options and response deadlines shown in the workflow. Before acceptance, the vendor sees a limited summary. Successful acceptance and the required credit hold allow authorised vendor members to see the specified buyer details and request notes. Standard meeting fields do not share buyer email addresses or phone numbers. Free text, attachments and external meeting tools can expose additional information to participants. Do not submit confidential or unnecessary personal information. Use the available issue/dispute features or support to raise concerns; decisions remain subject to the applicable workflow and mandatory law.

7. Intellectual Property

You must have the rights to publish submitted descriptions, logos, media, documents and other material. You retain your rights and grant us the non-exclusive rights reasonably needed to host, reproduce, format and display that material to operate and promote its listing on the Service. Private messages and evidence are not licensed for unrelated public marketing. Partner Roster’s own platform content and technology remain with their respective rights holders.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content; impersonate others; manipulate reviews; send unsolicited bulk messages; bypass security or access restrictions; or collect platform data in bulk without permission or another applicable legal entitlement. Do not upload sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material unless necessary, authorised and permitted for the relevant feature.

9. Reviews and moderation

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Vendors may respond and report concerns but cannot pay to remove unfavourable reviews or reward favourable reviews. Sponsored placements are labelled and do not buy favourable reviews, moderation decisions or organic ranking. We may restrict or remove unlawful, manipulated, infringing or misleading content, or content breaching published policies. We provide reasons where required and a channel to challenge decisions. Submit a review-moderation appeal within 14 days of the decision through the available appeal feature or contact support, subject to applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable steps to operate the Service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that third-party products will satisfy your needs. Vendors remain responsible for their own products and claims. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights or regulatory complaint routes.

11. Termination

We may restrict activity to address security, fraud, unlawful content or material breaches. Restrictions depend on the circumstances; notice and reasons are provided where appropriate or legally required. Urgent protective action may occur without advance notice. Automated restrictions may be challenged for human review. An authorised partner owner/admin may request organisation closure: new business activity stops, public listings are removed and a 30-day export window applies. Existing meetings and disputes follow the applicable workflow. Limited access may continue to resolve open matters. After finalisation, buyer identities are masked in remaining partner views; continued read-only access follows the closure and retention arrangements. Organisation closure does not itself close every member’s personal account or erase every record. Personal account closure blocks that account’s access and follows the Privacy Notice.

12. Governing Law

Subject to mandatory applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. This does not restrict your right to bring a claim before a competent court or contact a competent regulator.

13. Changes to Terms

We notify account holders of material changes before they take effect, except where an immediate change is necessary for legal or security reasons. Where renewed acceptance is required, we request it. Questions: support@partnerroster.com.
